Starting training with Marcel has been the most meaningful shifts I have made for my health and fitness. I have always struggled to find drive and purpose in the gym, and after trying different workout styles, nothing ever felt quite right. Over the past 4 months, I have built more strength and confidence than I thought possible, both physically and mentally. For the first time, I am consistent with strength and cardiovascular training. Marcel built and helps me follow a progressive plan that continues to challenge and grow with me. My goals have always centered around health and longevity; Marcel’s coaching shows the science behind fitness to make it a lasting part of my routine. With Marcel’s guidance, I have discovered new disciplines and started cycling, ultimately finding a genuinely sustainable and enjoyable way to train.
As someone who has never seen themselves as an athlete, beginning to “train like one” initially felt overwhelming and intimidating. Marcel’s knowledge and encouragement created an environment where my growth felt natural and achievable. He always takes extra time to explain and demonstrate, knows when to push me and when to let me figure it out, and has always found a way to help me with the mental, not just physical, side of training. I’ve discovered a state where fitness is deeply rewarding, where I can push myself, set goals, and accomplish them with confidence.
TesolinTraining is not just about workouts, it’s about understanding your potential and meet yourself at a higher level. I may not (yet) be chasing elite athletic goals, but I have found my place as a TesolinTraining athlete.

Marcel prepared me for my 2024 O-Cup road racing season and helped me build strength and fitness that had me feeling incredible all year. Mid-season, I had a crash and fractured my clavicle—a major setback for any cyclist. With patience, expertise, and genuine care, Marcel guided me through recovery and rebuilt my fitness to a level that allowed me to complete a two-week cycling trip in Italy. I even raced the Tre Valli Varesine Granfondo in Varese, posting my best power numbers in years and achieving my highest elevation gain of all time.
As an aging cyclist focused on health, wellness, and performance, I couldn’t have asked for better support. Marcel coached me through the highs and lows of the season and helped me come back stronger than I thought possible.
